This workshop explores Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and their impact on the developing brain. This leads on to discussing Developmental Trauma and the influences of Historical Trauma rippling throughout the generations.
Lastly, we explore the ‘why’ behind our children's behaviour. This understanding allows us to be more empathetic, understanding and empowered to look at how we can parent therapeutically to heal our children.
