Sessions on this track focus primarily on TBRI implementation and coaching.  If you are stuck at your organization or in your role and you aren’t really sure how to move from the “classroom” to real life application, we can help.  We have sessions that will teach you how to view implementation through a systems framework where roles, rules and tools rapidly change; how to provide coaching that helps individuals develop their skills as well as how to help leadership change the culture of the organization; and how to utilize Nurture Group as a teaching tool for implementation.
